INGREDIENTS
- 3cups peeled gratedzucchini
- 1cupBisquick
- 1/2cup choppedonions
- 1/2teaspoonoregano
- 1/2cupvegetable oil
- 4eggs
- 1/2cup shreddedcheese
- 2tablespoonsparsley
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1dashpepper
- 1dashgarlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingriedents together in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour into a glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
