Weight Watcher's Pasta E Fagioli Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (16 ounce)cancrushed tomatoes(Italian-style or whole Italian-style tomatoes, finely chopped)
  2. 1 (19 ounce)cankidney beans(or cannellini beans)
  3. 1cupfrozen mixed vegetables
  4. 3cupscooked pasta or3/4 cupdry pasta
  5. 3cupswater

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes, if using cooked pasta, or until dry pasta is fully cooked.
  3. Add enough water during cooking to just cover the pasta.
