Vegetable Bake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (15 ounce)canVeg-All, drained
  2. 1/2cup choppedcelery
  3. 1/2cup choppedonions
  4. 1/2cupsliced water chestnuts
  5. 1cupmayonnaise
  6. 1cupcelery soup
  7. 1cup shreddedcheese(I use sharp cheddar cheese)
  8. 4teaspoonsmargarine, melted
  9. 20Ritz crackers, crushed(any kind of snack cracker will do.)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all ingredients, except margarine and crackers.
  2. put into a 2 quart casserole.
  3. bake for 45 minutes, at 300 degrees.
  4. melt margarine.
  5. mix crackers crumbs with margarine.
  6. sprinkle over the top.
  7. bake an additional 15 minutes.
