Vegan Meat Lovers Pizza Recipe

  1. Pizza Crust

  2. 1cupwarm water(100 degrees F)
  3. 1 1/2teaspoonsyeastor fast rising yeast
  4. 1teaspoonsugar
  5. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  6. 2 1/2-3cupsflour(can do half white and half wheat)
  7. 1tablespoonolive oil
  8. 1tablespoon mincedgarlic
  9. 1-2teaspoondried Italian herb seasoning
  10. Toppings

  11. 1/4mediumonion, cut into slivers
  12. 15vegan pepperoni
  13. 1tablespoonoil
  14. 3-4ouncesGimmie Lean sausage flavor
  15. 1/8teaspoonground fennel
  16. 1/4teaspoongarlic powder
  17. 1/4teaspoonbasil
  18. 1/4teaspoononion powder
  19. 1/4teaspoonItalian spices
  20. oil
  21. 4ounces hunttomato sauce with basil garlic and oregano
  22. 1/4teaspoonred pepper flakes
  23. 1/4teaspoongarlic powder
  24. 1/4teaspoonItalian spices
  25. 1/4teaspoonpizza seasoning
  26. 1/4teaspoonbasil
  27. 1/4teaspoonoregano
  28. 5ouncesvegan mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
  29. 5ouncesvegan mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin


  1. Place the water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl.
  2. Set aside to bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, oil, Italian Herbs.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups flour.
  5. Pour out onto a floured board.
  6. Add remaining flour as needed, knead about 5 minutes, this is a very soft dough.
  7. Cover with bowl, let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
  8. Punch dough down, knead on slightly floured dough.
  9. Grease pizza pan and roll out in pan.
  10. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  11. In the meantime, crisp the pepperoni in the oil on both sides, drain on paper towels.
  12. Mix the sausage with the spices, form into small balls.
  13. Brown in oil over medium-high heat, drain on paper towels.
  14. Spoon tomato sauce on crust, swirl to cover, but leave a crust.
  15. Sprinkle with the herbs.
  16. Decorate with onions, pepperoni and your Italian Sausage.
  17. Cover with the cheese.
  18. Bake until golden on bottom, spray the crust with cooking spray.
  19. Broil about 1 minute, or until cheese is melty.
