Vegan Meat Lovers Pizza Recipe
INGREDIENTS

Pizza Crust
- 1cupwarm water(100 degrees F)
- 1 1/2teaspoonsyeastor fast rising yeast
- 1teaspoonsugar
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 2 1/2-3cupsflour(can do half white and half wheat)
- 1tablespoonolive oil
- 1tablespoon mincedgarlic
- 1-2teaspoondried Italian herb seasoning

Toppings
- 1/4mediumonion, cut into slivers
- 15vegan pepperoni
- 1tablespoonoil
- 3-4ouncesGimmie Lean sausage flavor
- 1/8teaspoonground fennel
- 1/4teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/4teaspoonbasil
- 1/4teaspoononion powder
- 1/4teaspoonItalian spices
- oil
- 4ounces hunttomato sauce with basil garlic and oregano
- 1/4teaspoonred pepper flakes
- 1/4teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/4teaspoonItalian spices
- 1/4teaspoonpizza seasoning
- 1/4teaspoonbasil
- 1/4teaspoonoregano
- 5ouncesvegan mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
- 5ouncesvegan mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
DIRECTIONS
- Place the water, sugar and yeast in a large bowl.
- Set aside to bloom for 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, oil, Italian Herbs.
- Add 1 1/2 cups to 2 cups flour.
- Pour out onto a floured board.
- Add remaining flour as needed, knead about 5 minutes, this is a very soft dough.
- Cover with bowl, let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
- Punch dough down, knead on slightly floured dough.
- Grease pizza pan and roll out in pan.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In the meantime, crisp the pepperoni in the oil on both sides, drain on paper towels.
- Mix the sausage with the spices, form into small balls.
- Brown in oil over medium-high heat, drain on paper towels.
- Spoon tomato sauce on crust, swirl to cover, but leave a crust.
- Sprinkle with the herbs.
- Decorate with onions, pepperoni and your Italian Sausage.
- Cover with the cheese.
- Bake until golden on bottom, spray the crust with cooking spray.
- Broil about 1 minute, or until cheese is melty.
