Veal W/ Peas Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbsveal stew meat(trimmed of fat)
  2. 1teaspoonkosher salt
  3. 1teaspoonblack pepper
  4. 2tablespoonsolive oil
  5. 1largeonion, chopped
  6. 2 (10 ounce)packagesfrozen peas
  7. 1 (28 ounce)cantomato puree
  8. 1cupwater

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season veal with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown veal and onion in sauce pan with Olive oil.
  3. Add can of tomatoe puree and water.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Add peas and continue to cook for and additional half hour.
  6. Enjoy with a crusty Italian Bread.
