Tuna Fruit Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 4tablespoonswhite wine vinegar
- 4tablespoonsoil
- 2tablespoonssugar
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/8teaspoondry mustard
- 1/4teaspoon gratedlemons, rind of
- 1 (6 ounce)cansolid white tuna packed in water, drained
- 1/2cup slicedcelery
- 2tablespoons slicedgreen onions
- 1cup cubedcantaloupe
- 1cup cubedhoneydew melon
- 1/2cupred grapes, halved
- 1cup choppedgreen apples
DIRECTIONS
- In small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, mustard and lemon peel and mix well.
- In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
- Add dressing and toss until thoroughly mixed.
- Chill for 1 hour and serve on lettuce lined plates.
