Tortilla Wraps (Used to Hold Stir-Fried Meats and Rice) Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3eggs, beaten
  2. 1/4cupwater, eyeball it
  3. 2scallions, thinly sliced
  4. 8teaspoonsvegetable oil, 1 teaspoon per wrap
  5. 10 (8 inch)flour tortillas

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Beat eggs with water and scallions.
  3. Drizzle 1 teaspoon oil into hot skillet and pour in a little of the egg mixture.
  4. Add 1 tortilla, cook 30 seconds, then flip.
  5. Cook 15 seconds, then flip tortilla back and cook 15 seconds longer.
  6. Remove Frankie wrap from the pan and repeat with remaining ingredients.
