The Best Crumb, Pound Cake Ever Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cupoil
  2. 1tablespoonvanilla sugar
  3. 1/2cupmargarine
  4. 1 1/2cupssugar
  5. 3cupsflour
  6. 2tablespoons flatbaking powder
  7. 4largeeggs
  8. 1 (8 ounce)container (liquid)whipping cream(like Rich whip)

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a mixer with the beaters attached place; oil, vanilla sugar, margarine, sugar and flour.
  2. Mix on medium speed until coarse crumbs form.
  3. Remove 3/4 cup crumbs and set aside.
  4. To remaing crumbs in mixer add baking powder, eggs and whipping cream.
  5. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Place in 2 9 inch round aluminum pans or 1 9x 13 inch pan.
  7. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
  8. Bake at 350 until ready 45-1 hour (or check; when a toothpick inseterted in the middle comes out dry).
