Spaghetti With Uncooked Tomato Sauce Southwestern Style Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 1/2lbs freshroma tomatoes
  2. 3tablespoons choppedfresh basil
  3. 1tablespoon choppedfresh mint
  4. 1teaspoonsalt
  5. 1-2jalapeno pepper, seeded and sliced
  6. 1/4-1/2cupolive oil
  7. 1lbspaghetti, cooked as per package directions
  8. 8ouncesmozzarella cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Core tomatoes and sliced and cut into strips.
  2. In a large bowl, add tomatoes, basil, mint, salt, jalapeno peppers and olive oil.
  3. Set aside and allow mixture to marinade 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the spaghetti as per package directions, drain thoroughly, shaking the strainer a few times.
  5. Pour spaghetti into the tomatoes, add cheese and toss to blend.
  6. Serve immediately.

Uncooked Easy Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 185g plainchocolate biscuits(crumbed)
  2. 90gbutter(melted)
  3. 500gcream cheese(softened)
  4. 375gcondensed milk
  5. 300mlcream
  6. 1tablespoongelatin
  7. 1/4cupwater(cold)
  8. 100gmilk chocolate
  9. 100gwhite chocolate
  10. 100gdark chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  1. Base: Combine butter and biscuits and press into flan dish lined with foil.
  2. Refrigerate while preparing filling.
  3. Filling: Sprinkle gelatin over water then dissolve over hot water.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. Beat together cream chees and condensed milk until well combined.
  6. Add Cream and cooled gelatin.
  7. Divide into three portions.
  8. Melt first 100g of chocolate in microwave then fold into 1st portion and spread onto base.
  9. Repeat steps with remaining chocolate.
  10. Decorate with whipped cream amd choclate curls/shavings.

Mor’s Refrigerator Drops (Uncooked) Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2ounces bakerunsweetened chocolate
  2. 1/4cupbutter
  3. 1 (14 ounce)can bordenEagle Brand Condensed Milk
  4. 35graham wafers
  5. 1teaspoonvanilla
  6. choppednutsor coconut(to roll in)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt the chocolate in the butter.
  2. Add milk, rolled wafers, and vanilla.
  3. Take 1 teaspoon of mixture and roll in nuts or coconut.
  4. Put in refrigerator to set.

Mrs. Adams’ Uncooked Chow Chow Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1gallongreen tomatoes(roughly chopped)
  2. 5bell peppers(roughly chopped)
  3. 3-10hot peppers(we like it super hot)
  4. 12mediumonions(roughly chopped)
  5. 1bunchcelery(roughly chopped)
  6. 1smallcabbage(roughly chopped)
  7. 3pints regularvinegar
  8. 1/2cupsalt
  9. 4teaspoonsturmeric
  10. 1teaspooncinnamon
  11. 3lemons, juice of
  12. 6cupssugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grind vegetables or pulse in food processor (Mrs. Adams ground hers, I just chop mine fine).
  2. Drain vegetables.
  3. Mix salt, spices, sugar and vinegar and heat through.
  4. Pour over vegetables and add lemon juice.
  5. Can as you normally would.

Carol’s Uncooked Coconut Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (20 ounce)cancrushed pineapple, well drained
  2. 2cupsconfectioners’ sugar
  3. 1cup choppedpecans
  4. 1/8cupbutter, melted,at room temperature
  5. 1boxvanilla wafers
  6. 1 (8 ounce)containerCool Whip
  7. 1bag of shreddedcoconut
  8. 1cup shreddedcoconut

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix pineapple, sugar, pecans and butter.
  2. Line an 8 inch square pan with vanilla wafers Pour pineapple mixture over vanilla wafers Cover pineapple mixture with another layer of vanilla wafers Cover vanilla wafers with cool whip.
  3. Sprinkle coconut on top of cool whip.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
