Tapas - Spicy Pork Skewers (pinchos Morunos) Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1pork tenderloin(about 1 pound)
  2. 2tablespoonssweet paprika
  3. 1teaspoonground cumin
  4. 1teaspooncayenne, to taste
  5. salt and pepper, to taste
  6. 6-8tablespoonsolive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine paprika, cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper and olive oil.
  3. Marinade pork for a minimum of 4 hours to overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. or preheat grill to medium high.
  6. Thread pork cubes onto small wooden skewers.
  7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in oven.
  8. Alternatively grill over medium heat, about 10 minutes.
  9. While cooking turn once and baste with marinate until well browned.
