INGREDIENTS

  1. 3cupswalnuts(raw, and soaked overnight)
  2. 2cupscoconut(raw)
  3. 1/2cupcarob powder(raw)
  4. 150mlagave syrup(raw)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop Walnuts in a food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  3. Scoop into a baking pan and let set. (You might be able to form them into balls,try if you like.).
  4. Serve!

Amish Dry Lime Gelatin Salad / Dessert (Jello) Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (3 ounce)packagelime gelatin, dry
  2. 2cupscottage cheese
  3. 1cupcrushed pineapple, drained
  4. 2cupswhipped topping, thawed
  5. 1cupwalnuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a 4-6 quart bowl, pour dry gelatin over cottage cheese, pineapple, whipped topping and nuts; stir together well.
  2. ***Chill 2 to 3 hours***.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1cupflour
  2. 1/2cupbutter
  3. 1cuppecans, finely chopped
  4. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
  5. 8ounceswhipped topping, thawed
  6. 1cuppowdered sugar
  7. 4ouncesinstant chocolate pudding mix
  8. 4ouncesvanilla instant pudding mix
  9. 3cupsmilk
  10. 1 1/2ouncesmilk chocolate candy bars, grated

DIRECTIONS

  1. For the crust, mix flour, butter and nuts until crumbly, press into 9×13 inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on high with a mixer until smooth.
  4. Fold in half the whipped topping.
  5. Spread over cooled crust.
  6. Mix the puddings with milk, beat slowly with mixer until smooth (2 minutes).
  7. Spread on top of cheese layer.
  8. Let stand a few minutes, then spoon remaining whipped topping over top and spread carefully.
  9. Sprinkle with grated milk chocolate bar.
  10. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Banana Split Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Bottom and Top crumbs

  2. 3 1/3cupsgraham crackers
  3. 3/4cupmargarine, softened
  4. 1/2cupsugar
  5. Layer 2

  6. 4bananas, sliced
  7. 1/2gallonice cream, neopolitan
  8. 1cupnuts, chopped
  9. Layer 3

  10. 1cupchocolate chips
  11. 1/2cupmargarine
  12. 2cupspowdered sugar
  13. 1 1/2cupsevaporated milk
  14. 1teaspoonvanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Get a 10 x 30 pan.Press half of the Crumb Mixture into the bottom of the pan.
  2. Layer 2:.
  3. Place the sliced bananas on top of the mixture. Put the softened 1/2 gal of ice cream on top of the bananas and cover with the 1 cup of nuts and freeze.
  4. Layer 3:.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with margarine.Then add the powdered sugar and evaporated milk.Cook until thick.Add vanilla and cool.
  6. Take frozen mixture out and spread the cooled layer 3 on top and sprinkle with remaining Crumb Mixture.
  7. Freeze again.
  8. This will keep for 2 weeks.

Blueberry Cheesecake Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. For Crust

  2. 22graham cracker squares, crushed(or 11 rectangles)
  3. 1/2cupsugar
  4. 1/2cup meltedbutter
  5. For Cheesecake Filling

  6. 2 well beateneggs
  7. 1/2teaspoonvanilla
  8. 16ouncescream cheese(softened)
  9. 1/2cupsugar
  10. For Blueberry Sauce

  11. 2 1/2-3cupsblueberries(either fresh or frozen)
  12. 1/3cupsugar
  13. 1/2cupwater
  14. 1tablespooncornstarch
  15. 2tablespoonslemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix graham crackers, 1/2 C sugar and melted butter in a 9×13 pan.
  3. Beat eggs, vanilla, cream cheese and 1/2 C sugar until creamy.
  4. Pour onto crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. Heat blueberries, 1/3 C sugar, water, cornstarch and lemon juice in a small sauce pan until thick (will coat the back of spoon).
  7. Pour over cheesecake mixture and chill.
