INGREDIENTS
- 3cupswalnuts(raw, and soaked overnight)
- 2cupscoconut(raw)
- 1/2cupcarob powder(raw)
- 150mlagave syrup(raw)
DIRECTIONS
- Chop Walnuts in a food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Scoop into a baking pan and let set. (You might be able to form them into balls,try if you like.).
- Serve!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (3 ounce)packagelime gelatin, dry
- 2cupscottage cheese
- 1cupcrushed pineapple, drained
- 2cupswhipped topping, thawed
- 1cupwalnuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In a 4-6 quart bowl, pour dry gelatin over cottage cheese, pineapple, whipped topping and nuts; stir together well.
- ***Chill 2 to 3 hours***.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupflour
- 1/2cupbutter
- 1cuppecans, finely chopped
- 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened
- 8ounceswhipped topping, thawed
- 1cuppowdered sugar
- 4ouncesinstant chocolate pudding mix
- 4ouncesvanilla instant pudding mix
- 3cupsmilk
- 1 1/2ouncesmilk chocolate candy bars, grated
DIRECTIONS
- For the crust, mix flour, butter and nuts until crumbly, press into 9×13 inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar on high with a mixer until smooth.
- Fold in half the whipped topping.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Mix the puddings with milk, beat slowly with mixer until smooth (2 minutes).
- Spread on top of cheese layer.
- Let stand a few minutes, then spoon remaining whipped topping over top and spread carefully.
- Sprinkle with grated milk chocolate bar.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS

Bottom and Top crumbs
- 3 1/3cupsgraham crackers
- 3/4cupmargarine, softened
- 1/2cupsugar

Layer 2
- 4bananas, sliced
- 1/2gallonice cream, neopolitan
- 1cupnuts, chopped

Layer 3
- 1cupchocolate chips
- 1/2cupmargarine
- 2cupspowdered sugar
- 1 1/2cupsevaporated milk
- 1teaspoonvanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Get a 10 x 30 pan.Press half of the Crumb Mixture into the bottom of the pan.
- Layer 2:.
- Place the sliced bananas on top of the mixture. Put the softened 1/2 gal of ice cream on top of the bananas and cover with the 1 cup of nuts and freeze.
- Layer 3:.
- Melt chocolate chips with margarine.Then add the powdered sugar and evaporated milk.Cook until thick.Add vanilla and cool.
- Take frozen mixture out and spread the cooled layer 3 on top and sprinkle with remaining Crumb Mixture.
- Freeze again.
- This will keep for 2 weeks.

INGREDIENTS

For Crust
- 22graham cracker squares, crushed(or 11 rectangles)
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1/2cup meltedbutter

For Cheesecake Filling
- 2 well beateneggs
- 1/2teaspoonvanilla
- 16ouncescream cheese(softened)
- 1/2cupsugar

For Blueberry Sauce
- 2 1/2-3cupsblueberries(either fresh or frozen)
- 1/3cupsugar
- 1/2cupwater
- 1tablespooncornstarch
- 2tablespoonslemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix graham crackers, 1/2 C sugar and melted butter in a 9×13 pan.
- Beat eggs, vanilla, cream cheese and 1/2 C sugar until creamy.
- Pour onto crust and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- Heat blueberries, 1/3 C sugar, water, cornstarch and lemon juice in a small sauce pan until thick (will coat the back of spoon).
- Pour over cheesecake mixture and chill.
