INGREDIENTS
- 16chocolate sandwich style cookies
- 2tablespoons meltedbutter
- 1 (4 ounce)packageinstant chocolate pudding mix
- 2cupsmilk
- 1 (14 ounce)package hostesscupcakes(8 Cupcakes)
- 1 (21 ounce)cancherry pie filling
- 1 (8 ounce)cartonfrozen non-dairy topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS
- Place cookies in work bowl of food processor; process until fine crumbs.
- Add melted butter and pulse to combine.
- Press across bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish to make a crust.
- Whisk together pudding and milk for 2 minutes.
- Spoon pudding over crust.
- Cut each Hostess Cupcake into fourths and arrange, cream-side up, on top of pudding.
- Spoon cherry pie filling over Cupcakes.
- Spoon whipped topping over cherries.
- Refrigerate several hours or until set.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (21 ounce)cancherry pie filling
- 1 (18 ounce)packageyellow cake mix
- 1/2cupwalnuts
- 1/2cupbutter, cut in 24 pieces
DIRECTIONS
- Spread pie filling in pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top.
- Sprinkle nuts.
- Place butter all over the cake.
- Bake at 350* for 35 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
- 10Hostess Twinkies
- 2 (10 ounce)boxesfrozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 (14 ounce)bagflaked coconut
- 1 (6 ounce)boxpistachio pudding mix(use sugar-free if you’d like)
- 3cupsmilk
- 1 (8 ounce)containerwhipped topping
DIRECTIONS
- Cut Twinkies in half lengthwise; layer in a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Pour thawed raspberries over Twinkies.
- Sprinkle evenly with coconut.
- Prepare the pudding.
- Cover with pudding and frost with whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1cup 1%low fat cottage cheese
- 3/4cup1% low-fat milk
- 1/3cup smucker’s redraspberry spreadable fruit
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce)boxsugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce)container frozenCool Whip Lite, thawed
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, and spreadable fruit; cover and process until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.Add pudding mix and whisk very well.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Spoon into a nine inch pie plate.
- Freeze for 8 hours or overnight then cover with foil.
- Let stand at room temperature for approximately ten minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2cupgranulated sugar
- 1/3cupwater
- 8largemarshmallows, quartered
DIRECTIONS
- Combine sugar and water; bring to the boil.
- Cook about ten minutes before adding marshmallowsj.
- Beat until marshmallows are dissolved.
- Serve at once.
