INGREDIENTS
- 8ounces bakerssemi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- 1/2cuppeanut butter
- 1 (1 liter)containerCool Whip(thawed slightly)

Items for decoratingsuch as
- coconutor icing sugaror cocoaor colored crystal sugaror graham cracker crumbsor cookiecandy sprinklesor ground almonds or crushedpeanuts, etc
DIRECTIONS
- Melt the chocolate over hot water or in the microwave for approx 30 seconds on high til soft.
- Mix in peanut butter.
- Fold in Cool Whip whipped topping.
- Place in fridge for an hour til it hardens.
- Roll in small walnut sized balls.
- Roll each ball in a different item to give your baking tray lovely colour: Chocolate shot, coloured sugar, cookie sprinkles, icing sugar, cocoa or coconut.
- Keep in a container in the fridge until needed.

INGREDIENTS

First bowl
- 2/3cupshortening
- 1/2cupbrown sugar, firmly packed
- 1teaspooncinnamon
- 1/4teaspoonground cloves
- 2 1/2teaspoonsground ginger
- 1pinchsalt
- 3/4cupmolasses

Second bowl
- 1largeegg
- 3cupsflour
- 1/2teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonbaking soda
DIRECTIONS
- Mix first bowl ingredients together until it becomes a creamy brown batter.
- Sift second bowl ingredients; add to the wet batter a little at a time.
- Mix together until it becomes a crumby dough.
- Make the dough into a ball and chill for an hour.
- When ready, cover the dough in flour and place on a heavy floured surface.
- Knead dough with the palms of your hand and roll it out.
- Cut into desired shapes.
- Cook for 10-15 minute until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS
- 6slicessponge cakes, sliced thin
- 1 1/2cupssugar
- 7egg yolks
- 1/2cupwater
- cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the sugar with the water and bring to the boil to make a thick syrup (225 to 230F/105 to 110C).
- Remove from the heat.
- Using a slotted spoon, dip each slice of cake into the syrup, and place them on a large serving dish.
- Beat the egg yolks and mix them with the remaining syrup.
- Bring to heat for one moment and stir, only to thicken, without allowing the yolks to curdle.
- Pour this custard over the slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve cold.
- Enjoy!

- 12fluid ouncesgreen apple vodka
- 4fluid ouncestriple sec
- 2tablespoonsgrenadine, plus
- 2teaspoonsgrenadine
- 24fluid ouncescranberry juice
DIRECTIONS
- Drink makes one and the pitcher makes 8 (unless the drinks are large, then maybe 5-6).
- Mix and serve over ice.

INGREDIENTS
- 1sheetfrozen puff pastry(1/2 of a 17oz package)
- 1/3cupgranulated sugar
- 1tablespooncinnamon
- 1/4cupbutter(no sub)
- 1/2cupraisins
- 1/2cup choppedwalnuts
- 1egg yolk, beaten
DIRECTIONS
- Thaw dough according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin to roll pastry out to an 8×12 inch rectangle.
- In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a small saucepan melt butter; add raisins and walnuts, stirring until well coated.
- Spread raisin mixture evenly over pastry.
- Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over raisin mixture.
- Beginning at one long edge, roll up pastry.
- Brush egg yolk on long edge to seal.
- Bake on a greased baking sheet or parchment paper for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into 1 inch thick slices.
