No Bake Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 6ouncesgraham cracker pie crusts
  2. 1 (14 ounce)cansweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese, softened at room temperature
  4. 1/3cuplemon juice
  5. 1teaspoonvanilla extract
  6. 1 (21 ounce)cancherry pie filling

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Add lemon juice and vanilla and stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour filling into crust and chill for 2-3 hours.
  5. Top with cherry filling.

Pineapple Cherry Cheese Ball Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 16ouncescream cheese
  2. 1 (8 ounce)cancrushed pineapple, drained well
  3. 2tablespoons mincedonions
  4. 2tablespoons mincedgreen peppers
  5. 6maraschino cherries, chopped
  6. 1dashworcestershire sauce
  7. 1cup slicealmonds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients well except almonds.
  2. Form into ball and roll into almonds.
  3. Makes 1 large or 2 small cheese balls.

Pork Chops W/Dried Cherry Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 1/2cupschicken stock
  2. 2ouncesdried cherries
  3. 1/3cupbalsamic vinegar
  4. 4pork loin chops, 1 inch-thick(bone in)
  5. coarsesalt & freshly ground black pepper
  6. 1tablespoonolive oil
  7. 1tablespoonbutter
  8. 1sprig of freshwatercress(or Italian parsley)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place 2 cups stock, the dried cherries and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat and simmer gently until the sauce is reduced by half.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Twenty minutes before serving, sprinkle each side of each pork chop with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the olive oil and butter in a medium-sized saute pan and heat until the bubble subside.
  5. Place each chop carefully in the pan so they are not touching.
  6. Leave them to brown without moving for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. When the chops are a brown, turn with tongs and brown the other side.
  8. Remove the chops from the pan, pour off any fat, add 1/2 cup chicken stock.
  9. Return the chops to the pan, place over low heat, cover, and cook gently for 3-4 minutes, until the chops are just firm when pressed with a finger.
  10. Remove the chops and keep warm.
  11. Add the balsamic-dried cherry mixture to the saute pan and bring to a boil.
  12. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes — it should coat the spoon again.
  13. Taste, add salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Place the chops on warm dinner plates; spoon over the dried cherry sauce.
  15. Garnish with sprigs of watercress or Italian parsley.

Cherry Crunch Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 (21 ounce)canscherry pie filling
  2. 18 1/4ouncesyellow cake mix
  3. 1/2cupbutter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour cherries into greased 9×14 pan.
  2. Put dry cake mix on top.
  3. Slice butter and place on top of cake mix.
  4. Bake 35 – 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Double Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 18 1/4ouncescherry cake mix
  2. 2tablespoonsoil
  3. 16ouncescream cheese, softened
  4. 1/2cupsugar
  5. 4eggs
  6. 1 1/2cupsmilk
  7. 2tablespoonslemon juice
  8. 1/2teaspoonalmond extract
  9. 1/8teaspoonred food coloring
  10. 21ouncescherry pie filling

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Reserve 1 cup of cake mix.
  3. In large mixing bowl combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg, and oil.Mixture will be crumbly.
  4. Press crust mixture evenly into bottom and 3/4 way up the sides of a greased 13×9x2 inch pan.
  5. In same bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar.
  6. Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix.
  7. Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
  8. At slow speed slowly add milk, flavorings, and color.
  9. Mix until smooth.
  10. Pour into crust.
  11. Bake for 45 – 55 minutes or until center is firm.
  12. When cool top with pie filling and chill.
  13. Store in refrigerator.
