Cherry Crunch Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 (21 ounce)canscherry pie filling
  2. 18 1/4ouncesyellow cake mix
  3. 1/2cupbutter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour cherries into greased 9×14 pan.
  2. Put dry cake mix on top.
  3. Slice butter and place on top of cake mix.
  4. Bake 35 – 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Double Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 18 1/4ouncescherry cake mix
  2. 2tablespoonsoil
  3. 16ouncescream cheese, softened
  4. 1/2cupsugar
  5. 4eggs
  6. 1 1/2cupsmilk
  7. 2tablespoonslemon juice
  8. 1/2teaspoonalmond extract
  9. 1/8teaspoonred food coloring
  10. 21ouncescherry pie filling

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Reserve 1 cup of cake mix.
  3. In large mixing bowl combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg, and oil.Mixture will be crumbly.
  4. Press crust mixture evenly into bottom and 3/4 way up the sides of a greased 13×9x2 inch pan.
  5. In same bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar.
  6. Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix.
  7. Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
  8. At slow speed slowly add milk, flavorings, and color.
  9. Mix until smooth.
  10. Pour into crust.
  11. Bake for 45 – 55 minutes or until center is firm.
  12. When cool top with pie filling and chill.
  13. Store in refrigerator.

Adult Cherry Cola Drink Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1/2cupcola drink
  2. 1 1/2tablespoons spicedcherry syrup
  3. 1ouncerum

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill an 8-ounce glass with crushed ice and add the cola, cherry syrup, and rum. Stir and serve immediately.

Cranberry Cherry Crumble Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3cupscranberries
  2. 2cups pittedfrozen cherries, thawed
  3. 3/4cupsugar
  4. 1/4cupdried cranberries, chopped
  5. 1/4cupdried cherries, chopped
  6. 1tablespoonflour
  7. 1 1/2teaspoonscornstarch
  8. cooking spray
  9. 1/4cupslivered almonds
  10. 1/4cupoats
  11. 1/4cupwhole wheat flour
  12. 1/4cupbrown sugar, firmly packed
  13. 1/4teaspoonsalt
  14. 1/8teaspoonnutmeg
  15. 1/8teaspooncinnamon
  16. 1/8teaspoonalmond extract
  17. 2tablespoonsbutter, cut into pieces

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat fruit.
  3. Spoon cranberry mixture into an 8″ pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Combine almonds and next 7 ingredients (Through extract).
  5. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  6. Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over cranberry mixture.
  7. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden.

Coconut Cherry Dump Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (20 ounce)cancrushed pineapple, undrained
  2. 1 (21 ounce)cancherry pie filling
  3. 1 (18 1/4 ounce)packageyellow cake mix
  4. 3/4cupbutter, melted
  5. 1/2cup grated frozenunsweetened coconut, thawed
  6. 1cup choppedpecans
  7. vanilla ice cream, for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (if using a glass baking pan lower oven temperature to 325 degrees). Make sure the rack is in the center position.
  2. Spoon the pineapple evenly over the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9″ pan.
  3. Add the layer of cherry filling over the pineapple.
  4. Add the dry cake mixture, spread evenly so that it reaches all sides of the pan.
  5. Drizzle the entire pan with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle the coconut and pecans evenly over the top of the cake.
  7. Bake 55 to 60 minutes, until the cake is a deep brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with vanilla ice cream on top!
