INGREDIENTS
- 2 (21 ounce)canscherry pie filling
- 18 1/4ouncesyellow cake mix
- 1/2cupbutter
DIRECTIONS
- Pour cherries into greased 9×14 pan.
- Put dry cake mix on top.
- Slice butter and place on top of cake mix.
- Bake 35 – 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.

INGREDIENTS
- 18 1/4ouncescherry cake mix
- 2tablespoonsoil
- 16ouncescream cheese, softened
- 1/2cupsugar
- 4eggs
- 1 1/2cupsmilk
- 2tablespoonslemon juice
- 1/2teaspoonalmond extract
- 1/8teaspoonred food coloring
- 21ouncescherry pie filling
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Reserve 1 cup of cake mix.
- In large mixing bowl combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg, and oil.Mixture will be crumbly.
- Press crust mixture evenly into bottom and 3/4 way up the sides of a greased 13×9x2 inch pan.
- In same bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar.
- Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix.
- Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
- At slow speed slowly add milk, flavorings, and color.
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake for 45 – 55 minutes or until center is firm.
- When cool top with pie filling and chill.
- Store in refrigerator.

DIRECTIONS
- Fill an 8-ounce glass with crushed ice and add the cola, cherry syrup, and rum. Stir and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS
- 3cupscranberries
- 2cups pittedfrozen cherries, thawed
- 3/4cupsugar
- 1/4cupdried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4cupdried cherries, chopped
- 1tablespoonflour
- 1 1/2teaspoonscornstarch
- cooking spray
- 1/4cupslivered almonds
- 1/4cupoats
- 1/4cupwhole wheat flour
- 1/4cupbrown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/8teaspoonnutmeg
- 1/8teaspooncinnamon
- 1/8teaspoonalmond extract
- 2tablespoonsbutter, cut into pieces
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, tossing gently to coat fruit.
- Spoon cranberry mixture into an 8″ pan coated with cooking spray.
- Combine almonds and next 7 ingredients (Through extract).
- Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over cranberry mixture.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is golden.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (20 ounce)cancrushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (21 ounce)cancherry pie filling
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce)packageyellow cake mix
- 3/4cupbutter, melted
- 1/2cup grated frozenunsweetened coconut, thawed
- 1cup choppedpecans
- vanilla ice cream, for serving
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (if using a glass baking pan lower oven temperature to 325 degrees). Make sure the rack is in the center position.
- Spoon the pineapple evenly over the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9″ pan.
- Add the layer of cherry filling over the pineapple.
- Add the dry cake mixture, spread evenly so that it reaches all sides of the pan.
- Drizzle the entire pan with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the coconut and pecans evenly over the top of the cake.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes, until the cake is a deep brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream on top!
