INGREDIENTS
- 1loafFrench bread
- 1 (10 ounce)cancream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce)containersour cream
- 1lbVelveeta cheese, cubed
- 1lbground beef
- 2teaspoonsdried onions
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Split the loaf of french bread and hollow (reserve to add to filling.)
- Brown ground beef with dried onion,salt pepper and garlic powder and drain.
- In large mixing bowl combine ground beef, soup, velveeta, sour cream and reserved bread.
- If mixture is too dry add a small amount of water or broth.
- Spoon mixture back into the hollowed out french bread. (I always have mixture left over — its yummy all by itself!).
- Place top back onto bread, wrap in foil.
- Bake at 325 for about 20-30 mins until sandwich is heated through and top is crusty!

INGREDIENTS
- 1tablespoonbutter
- 1cuponions, finely chopped
- 1/2cupcarrots, shredded
- 1/2cupcelery, finely chopped
- 2tablespoonsflour
- 4cupschicken broth
- 1lbAmerican cheese, shredded(4 cups)
- 6cupsbroccoli florets, and stems blanched
- 1/4teaspooncayenne
- salt
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrots and celery; cover and sweat 3 minutes.
- Stir in flour to coat vegetables and cook 1 minute.
- Slowly add broth, stirring constantly, increase heat to medium-high, then bring to a rolling boil.
- Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, then reduce heat to medium.
- Add cheese; let stand 1 minute, then stir until incorporated.
- Simmer soup for 3 minutes (do not boil or cheese may curdle), add blanched broccoli and cook another minute.
- Season with cayenne and salt.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 (10 ounce)packagesfrozen chopped spinach
- 1onion, chopped
- 3tablespoonsall-purpose flour
- 1cupskim milk
- 6ouncesjalapeno pepper cheese, cubed
- 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
- 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Cook spinach according to package directions.
- Drain well reserving 1/2 cup spinach liquid; set aside.
- In a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, saute onion until tender.
- Add flour; stir.
- Gradually stir in milk and spinach liquid to make sauce.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
- Stir in cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder, cooking until cheese is melted.
- Add spinach and mix well. Serve.

INGREDIENTS
- 1egg
- salt & pepper
- 2 (6 inch)flour tortillas
- 2teaspoonsapricot preserves
- 2tablespoons shreddedmozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl combine egg with salt and pepper.Beat well.
- Spray small skillet with nonstick spray and heat on med until hot.
- Add egg and cook about 1 minute or set.Slide onto a plate.
- Re-spray same skillet.
- Spread 1 tortilla with preserves.
- Place in skillet and top with egg, cheese and remaining tortilla.Press down.
- Cook 1 minute, or until browned on bottom.Flip and brown other side.
- Cut into wedges and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 (16 ounce)bagsfrozen leaf spinach, thawed, NOT chopped spinach
- 1cup choppedonions
- 8ounceslow-fat cream cheese, cubed, can use regular
- 1 1/2cupslow fat cottage cheese
- 2cups shreddedcheddar cheese
- 2eggs, beaten
- 1/4cupbutter, cut up
- 1/4cupflour
- 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 1/4-1/2teaspoonsalt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Spray your crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to crock pot; mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4-6 hours, or 1 hour on high, then about 2 hours on low.Stir halfway through cooking time.
- Stir again before serving.
