Cheesy Stuffed French Bread! Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1loafFrench bread
  2. 1 (10 ounce)cancream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 (8 ounce)containersour cream
  4. 1lbVelveeta cheese, cubed
  5. 1lbground beef
  6. 2teaspoonsdried onions
  7. salt
  8. pepper
  9. garlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Split the loaf of french bread and hollow (reserve to add to filling.)
  2. Brown ground beef with dried onion,salt pepper and garlic powder and drain.
  3. In large mixing bowl combine ground beef, soup, velveeta, sour cream and reserved bread.
  4. If mixture is too dry add a small amount of water or broth.
  5. Spoon mixture back into the hollowed out french bread. (I always have mixture left over — its yummy all by itself!).
  6. Place top back onto bread, wrap in foil.
  7. Bake at 325 for about 20-30 mins until sandwich is heated through and top is crusty!

Easy Cheesy Broccoli Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1tablespoonbutter
  2. 1cuponions, finely chopped
  3. 1/2cupcarrots, shredded
  4. 1/2cupcelery, finely chopped
  5. 2tablespoonsflour
  6. 4cupschicken broth
  7. 1lbAmerican cheese, shredded(4 cups)
  8. 6cupsbroccoli florets, and stems blanched
  9. 1/4teaspooncayenne
  10. salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt butter in large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrots and celery; cover and sweat 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in flour to coat vegetables and cook 1 minute.
  3. Slowly add broth, stirring constantly, increase heat to medium-high, then bring to a rolling boil.
  4. Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, then reduce heat to medium.
  5. Add cheese; let stand 1 minute, then stir until incorporated.
  6. Simmer soup for 3 minutes (do not boil or cheese may curdle), add blanched broccoli and cook another minute.
  7. Season with cayenne and salt.

Cheesy Spinach Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3 (10 ounce)packagesfrozen chopped spinach
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. 3tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  4. 1cupskim milk
  5. 6ouncesjalapeno pepper cheese, cubed
  6. 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
  7. 1/2teaspoongarlic powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions.
  2. Drain well reserving 1/2 cup spinach liquid; set aside.
  3. In a skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, saute onion until tender.
  4. Add flour; stir.
  5. Gradually stir in milk and spinach liquid to make sauce.
  6. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
  7. Stir in cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder, cooking until cheese is melted.
  8. Add spinach and mix well. Serve.

Sweet & Cheesy Breakfast Quesadilla Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1egg
  2. salt & pepper
  3. 2 (6 inch)flour tortillas
  4. 2teaspoonsapricot preserves
  5. 2tablespoons shreddedmozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl combine egg with salt and pepper.Beat well.
  2. Spray small skillet with nonstick spray and heat on med until hot.
  3. Add egg and cook about 1 minute or set.Slide onto a plate.
  4. Re-spray same skillet.
  5. Spread 1 tortilla with preserves.
  6. Place in skillet and top with egg, cheese and remaining tortilla.Press down.
  7. Cook 1 minute, or until browned on bottom.Flip and brown other side.
  8. Cut into wedges and enjoy!

Crock Pot Cheesy Spinach Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 (16 ounce)bagsfrozen leaf spinach, thawed, NOT chopped spinach
  2. 1cup choppedonions
  3. 8ounceslow-fat cream cheese, cubed, can use regular
  4. 1 1/2cupslow fat cottage cheese
  5. 2cups shreddedcheddar cheese
  6. 2eggs, beaten
  7. 1/4cupbutter, cut up
  8. 1/4cupflour
  9. 1/2teaspoongarlic powder
  10. 1/4teaspoonpepper
  11. 1/4-1/2teaspoonsalt, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray your crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to crock pot; mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 4-6 hours, or 1 hour on high, then about 2 hours on low.Stir halfway through cooking time.
  4. Stir again before serving.
