INGREDIENTS
- 2bananas
- 1/2cupmargarine
- 1egg
- 3/4cupwhite sugar
- 2cupsflour
- 1teaspoonbaking powder
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1cupchocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- mash 2 ripe banas, set aside.
- beat 1/2 cup margarine.
- add 1 egg.
- add 3/4 cup white sugar.
- add the 2 bananas.
- mix well.
- add 2 cups flour.
- add 1 tsp baking powder.
- add 1 tsp vanilla.
- mix all and put in loaf pan(greased).
- bake 1 hour @ 350.
- remove and cool.

INGREDIENTS
- 5bananas, just ripe
- 10wooden popsicle sticks
- 1cuppeanuts, finely chopped
- 3cupschocolate syrup, dark hard shell
DIRECTIONS
- Peel bananas, cut in half and insert popsicle sticks into each half.
- Cover each banana in hard chocolate sauce.
- Roll each banana in chopped peanuts and freeze for 3 hours.

INGREDIENTS
- 2cupsflour
- 1cupsugar
- 1 teabaking soda
- 1 teasalt
- 2 mashedbananas
- 1/2cupoil
- 2eggs
- 1/2cup choppednuts
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
- Add 2 mashed bananas, oil, eggs, walnuts; mix well.
- Stir untell blinded. Pour into greased and flour loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

INGREDIENTS

SAUCE
- 4bananas, sliced
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 1/2cupbourbon
- 2tablespoonsbutter

BATTER
- 6eggs
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 2tablespoonsvanilla
- 1/2cupcream(you may sub in half & half)
- 8slices thickwhite bread(I use Texas Toast)
DIRECTIONS
- To make sauce: In a small pan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat; carefully add bananas and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from stove and add bourbon; return to flame and continue simmering an additional 2 minutes. Cover and keep warm until ready to use.
- To make batter: In a large bowl, whisk eggs and salt. Add vanilla. Pour in cream, continuing to whisk until well blended.
- Melt 1 to 2 tablespoons butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Dip each bread slice in batter and cook each side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
- Transfer 2 bread slices to individual plates and top with banana slices and sauce.Serve with maple syrup or powdered sugar.

- 1/2 frozenbanana
- 1/2cuporange juice
