Slow Cooker Roast Pork With Fruit Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1mediumonion, sliced
- 1 (2 lb)boneless pork loin roast
- 1 (8 ounce)packagedried pearsor dried plums(1-1/2 cups)
- 1/2cupapple juice
- 1/2teaspoonsalt
- 1/2teaspoonground nutmeg
- 1/4teaspoonground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Place onion in a 4-5 quart slow cooker.
- Place pork on top of onion and top with fruit.
- In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over the fruit.
- Cover; cook on low for 7-9 hours or until pork is tender.
- Serve with fruit mixture over pork.
