Slow-cooker Cajun Pork and Vegetables Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4lbslean pork
  2. 1 (16 ounce)bagfrozen corn kernels
  3. 1 (16 ounce)bagfrozen peppers and onions
  4. 1potato, diced
  5. 3yellow onions, diced
  6. 1 (16 ounce)bottle buttery cajunmarinade(I bought mine at Aldi)
  7. 32ounceswater

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the pork in the bottom of the slow-cooker, cutting as needed to make it fit.
  2. Add all the vegetables.
  3. Top with the entire bottle of marinade, followed by the water.
  4. You should be able to see the liquid at the top of the pot.
  5. Put the lid on.
  6. Cook on HIGH for 6-8 hours, or until potato is done.
  7. Yum!
