Sheila’s Sausage & Apple Ring Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbsbulk sausage
  2. 1 1/2cupscracker crumbs
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1/2cupmilk
  5. 1/4cup mincedonions
  6. 1cup finely chopped peeledapples
  7. parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly with fork or in food processor (hands are good too).
  2. Press lightly into greased ring mold.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for app.
  4. 1 hour.
  5. Drain fat and garnish with tinned apricots if desired.
