Salsa Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1cupdiced tomatoes
- 1/2cup dicedsweet onions
- 1/2cup diced freshmild green chilies
- 1tablespoon mincedfresh jalapenos
- 1tablespoon fresh mincedcilantro
- 1lime, juice of
- salt
- pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients and chill.
- Add queso blanco or tuna for a low carb lunch.
