Rolled Lasagna Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. ROLLED LASAGNA

  2. 2lbslasagna noodles, cooked el dente
  3. 5lbsricotta cheese
  4. 2cups shreddedmozzarella cheese
  5. 1/2cup gratedparmesan cheese
  6. salt
  7. pepper
  8. 4eggs
  9. 1quartspaghetti sauce(Bought or Homemade)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Drain Cooked Lasanga noodles on paper towel.
  2. (You can do this in layers with paper towel in between).
  3. Mix together 3 Cheeses, salt& pepper and eggs.
  4. Lay out 3 or 4 noodles at a time.
  5. Spread about 1/8 thick of cheese mixture on noodle.
  6. and roll up like a jelly roll.
  7. Place rolls side by side in 2 9X13 pans that you.
  8. have sprayed with Pam and spread some of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom.
  9. Spread remaining Sauce on top.
  10. Cover tight with Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil Bake at 350 for 1hr.
  11. 15 minute.
