Riffy’s Buffalo Wing Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2lbschicken breasts
  2. 8ounces frank’shot sauce
  3. 2-8ouncescream cheese
  4. 16ouncessharp cheddar cheese, grated
  5. 12ouncesbleu cheese salad dressing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil Chicken for 15 minutes or until done, making sure you do not over cook it.
  2. Shred chicken using 2 forks.
  3. Place in 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Pour hot sauce over chicken.
  5. In sauce pan, add cream cheese and bleu cheese and cook over medium heat until blended well.
  6. Pour “cheese” mixture over chicken.
  7. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and place back in oven, continuing to cook for another 10 minutes.
  9. Serve HOT with Tortilla Chips and Celery.
