Reuben Lasagna Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 27ouncessauerkraut, rinsed
  2. 1lb slicedcorned beef
  3. 1 (10 1/2 ounce)cancream of mushroom soup
  4. 1 1/4cupsmilk
  5. 1teaspoondry mustard
  6. 8ouncesthousand island dressing
  7. 1mediumonion
  8. 4-5ouncesswiss cheese
  9. 1tablespoonbutter
  10. 9lasagna noodles, uncooked
  11. 1/2cupplain breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Combine kraut, (chopped) corned beef.
  3. In another bowl, combine soup, dressing, milk, onion, and mustard.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spread 1/3 of the sauce onto a 9×13 pan.
  6. Place 3 lasagne noodles on top.
  7. Top with 1/3 of the meat mixture.
  8. Repeat layers twice.
  9. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  10. Mix the bread crumbs and the butter and sprinkle over the top.
  11. Bake covered 45 to 50 minutes.
  12. Let it set awhile before serving.
  13. Yummy!
