- 2largecucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/2-3/4bunchfresh dill, finely chopped
- 20cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
- 3tablespoonsolive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Slice the tomatoes in half and chop the cucumbers, put in a bowl together and salt them, put aside.
- Wisk together the vinegar, oil and salt& pepper, taste and add more of whatever it needs.
- Then add the veggies.
- Optional add small chunks of feta cheese.
