- 1smallgreen pepper, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce)cantomato sauce or2 (8ounce)canstomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce)cantomato paste
- 1/2teaspoondry oregano
- 1/2teaspoondry basil
- 3-4tablespoons grated pastacheese
- 1-2wholebay leaf
- Place all ingreadents except the bay leaves in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour into a pot and add bay leaves, bring to a boil and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
