Ravioli Italiano Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (12 ounce)package frozen minicheese ravioli or tortellini(any type)
  2. 1/3cupolive oil
  3. 3clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 1teaspoondried basil or1 tablespoonfresh basil
  5. 1teaspoondried parsley or1 tablespoonfresh parsley
  6. 1tablespoonlemon juice
  7. 1/2teaspoonsalt
  8. 4tablespoonsbutter
  9. 2tablespoons gratedparmesan cheese
  10. 2green onions, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook ravioli or tortellini in boiling water as directed on package and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, place oil and garlic in saucepan and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in basil, parsley, lemon juice, salt& butter and stir until mixed well and butter is melted.
  4. Toss ravioli with the sauce and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  5. Top with green onions before serving.
