Raspberry Crumble Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. butter-flavored cooking spray
  2. 1 (15 ounce)cansliced peaches in juice, drained
  3. 1 (12 ounce)packagefrozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
  4. 1cupquick-cooking oats, uncooked
  5. 2tablespoonsbrown sugar
  6. 1 1/2teaspoonscinnamon
  7. 3tablespoonsreduced-calorie stick margarine, melted
  8. 2tablespoonshoney

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat an 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange peach slices evenly in the bottom of the pan.
  4. Sprinkle raspberries evenly over the peaches.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In a bowl, combine oats, brown sugar and cinnamon and mix with a fork, breaking up brown sugar clumps.
  7. Add margarine and honey; stir to combine.
  8. Sprinkle topping over fruit.
  9. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until fruit is bubbly.
