INGREDIENTS

1. 3/4cupmargarine
2. 1/2cupwhite sugar
3. 1cupbrown sugar
4. 1egg
5. 2tablespoonsjuice
6. 2/3cupflour
7. 3/4teaspoonbaking soda
8. 1teaspooncinnamon
9. 3cupsoats

10. optional

11. 1 1/2-2cupsnuts(optional) or raisins(optional) or dried fruits(optional) or chocolate chips (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Beat margarine with sugars until creamy.
2. Add egg and juce.
3. Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to the creamed mixture.
4. Stir in oats and other additions.
5. Drop by tablespoonfuls on greased baking sheet.
6. Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes.
7. Cool a little before removing.
