Potato-topped Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lbground beef
  2. 2cupscornor peasor beansor carrots or mixed vegetables, drained
  3. 1 (10 1/2 ounce)cancondensed cream of mushroom soupor cream of celery soup
  4. 4ounces shreddedcheddar cheese
  5. 10ouncesfrozen tater tots or2 cupsmashed potatoes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef and pour off excess fat.
  3. Put meat in 9″ square baking dish and pour vegetables over meat.
  4. Spread soup on top of vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Top with potatoes.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
