- 1/4cupdark corn syrup
- 1/2teaspoonrum extractor vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce)cancrushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2cupmacadamia nuts, crushed
- 19 inch pie shell
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time and continue beating.
- Add corn syrup, flour, rum extract, pineapple and nuts.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until firm.
- Allow to cool before serving.
