Oriental Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cup slicedgreen onions(diagonally)
- 1/2cup slicedcelery(diagonally)
- 1/4teaspoonground ginger
- 1tablespoonbutteror margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)cancondensed chicken noodle soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce)cancondensed chicken with rice soup
- 3 1/2cupswater
- 1 1/2cups cubedcooked chicken
- 1 (10 ounce)package of frozenmixed vegetables
- 4teaspoonssoy sauce
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In large sauce pan, cook onions and celery with ginger in butter until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer about 10 minutes.
- Stir often.
