Mom-On-The-Go Fried Chicken Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 4whole chickens(cut-up)
- 1/2pintbuttermilk
- 4cupsflour
- 4tablespoonsMcCormick’s Montreal Brand steak seasoning(Spicy)
DIRECTIONS
- Soak chicken (completely covered) in buttermilk overnight.
- Put a cup of flour in a storage bag and place chicken piece in and shake till covered.
- Fry chicken until completely cooked.
- Put chicken on a pan and put in an oven at 250° for 20 to 25 minutes.
