Michael’s Guacamole Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripeavocado(california, not Florida)
- 1/2onion(diced)
- 1garlic clove(finely diced)
- 1/2teaspoonchili powder
- 1/2teaspoonground cumin
- 1tablespoonsalsa(Barbara’s hot salsa)
- 1tablespooncatsup
- 2tablespoonssour cream
- 1pinchsalt
DIRECTIONS
- Peal, slice, and mash avacado into small bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Serve with white corn chips.
