Mediterranean Pasta Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 7ouncespenne pasta, cooked al dente and cooled
- 8ouncescherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
- 4ouncesgoat cheese(I used feta)
- 20black olives
- basil, finely chopped,to taste

Dressing
- 3tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
- 2tablespoonsolive oil
- 1 1/2tablespoonswater
- 1pinchsugar
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Mix cold pasta with tomatoes, cheese, olives and basil.
- Mix dressing ingredients together.
- Pour dressing over pasta.
