Meatball Vegetable Soup Recipe
INGREDIENTS

Meatballs
- 1/2cupfresh breadcrumbs
- 1/4cupmilk
- 1egg, unbeaten
- 1/2lbground chuck

Vegetable Soup
- 1/2cupcelery, diced
- 1/2cupcelery leaves, snipped
- 1largeonion, minced
- 2mediumcarrots, sliced
- 1cupraw potatoes, cubed
- 2cupswater(or chicken broth)
- 1 1/2teaspoonssalt
- 2 1/2cupscanned tomatoes, diced
DIRECTIONS
- For soup, add all ingredients to Dutch oven.
- Boil for 30 minutes.
- Make meatballs: Mix all ingredients and shape into 12 balls.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes and then drop into boiling soup and simmer 10 minutes.
