Mango-banana Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2cups cut-up chilledmangoesor strawberriesor papayas
- 2 meduimbananas, cut up
- 1cuporange juice(OR if desired substitute 1 cup milk or one 8-ounce carton vanilla yogurt for the orange juice)
- 1/2cupice cubes
- 1teaspoonvanilla
- 1dashground cinnamon
- 1dashground nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender container combine mango, strawberries,And/or papaya; bananas; orange juice; ice cubes; vanilla; cinnamon; and nutmeg.
- Cover and blend until smooth and enjoy.
