Low-Fat Chicken Salad Sandwiches Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 2 (5 ounce)canswhite chicken meat packed in water, drained
- 1/4cupcelery, finely chopped
- 1tablespoongreen onions, finely chopped
- 1/4cupfat-free mayonnaise, I use fatfree sour cream
- 1/8teaspoonpepper
- 8sliceswhole wheat bread
- 1smalltomato, sliced
- 4lettuce leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Mix chicken, celery, onion, mauonnaise and pepper.
- Divide chicken mixture evenly amoung 4 bread slices.
- Top with tomato, lettuce and remaining bread slices.
