Liver Pate Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 (250 g)package of fineliver sausage
  2. 1 (8 ounce)packagecream cheese(I use low fat)
  3. 1tablespoonlemon juice
  4. 1tablespoonworcestershire sauce
  5. 2tablespoonsHP steak sauce
  6. 1tablespoonfresh parsleyor dried parsley

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soften cream cheese in microwave.
  2. Add liver sausage and mash together with a fork.
  3. Add remaining incredients, stir until smooth.
  4. Put into bowl.
  5. If you want it to harden up put into fridge.
