Lemon Tahini Dressing Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4cuplemon juice
- 3tablespoonsoil
- 2tablespoons sesametahini
- 1tablespoonsoy sauce
- 1tablespoonwater
- 1garlic clove
- 1pinchsalt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Carry in an airtight plastic bottle.
- Shake before using.
