Lemon Ice Cream Tarts Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1quartvanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  2. 6ouncesfrozen lemonade concentrate, undiluted
  3. 12 (3 inch) commercialgraham cracker tart shells

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place softened ice cream and lemonade concentrate in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Pour mixture into tart shells.
  2. Place tart shells on a baking sheet, and freeze until firm.
  3. Place frozen tarts in heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bags.
  4. Carefully remove filled crusts about 5 minutes before serving.
