INGREDIENTS
- 3cupsrhubarb, cut in 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 2cupssugar
- 2eggs, beaten
- 2tablespoons meltedbutter
- 3slicesbread, torn
DIRECTIONS
- Put 1/2 of melted butter on bottom of 8×8 pan.
- Mix up all ingredients and pour into pan.
- Bake 350 for 1 hour.
