Julie’s Macaroni Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12 ounce)packageelbow macaronior shell macaroni
- 1cucumber, seeded & chopped
- 1bunchgreen onions, sliced
- 1cupcelery, chopped
- 1teaspoonsugar
- 4ouncescheddar cheese, cubed or cut in strips
- 1 1/2teaspoonssalt
- 1/2teaspoonpepper(may use white pepper if you wish)
- 1/2teaspooncelery salt
- 1/4cuppickle relish
- 1cupcherry tomatoes, halved

DRESSING
- 3cupsmayonnaise
- 1cupsour cream
- 2teaspoonsDijon mustard
DIRECTIONS
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain, cool and add all of the ingredients with the exception of the tomatoes.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together.
- Toss the macaroni mixture with the dressing mixture and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
- Add the tomatoes just before serving.
