Jean’s Canned Brunswick Stew Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 (16 ounce)cansstewed tomatoes
  2. 1canwhole kernel corn
  3. 1cancreamed corn
  4. 1canwhite meat chicken
  5. 1can castlebury barbecuepork
  6. 1can castlebury barbecuebeef

DIRECTIONS

  1. Open all the cans.
  2. Empty them, including the juice, into a large stock pot.
  3. Cook over medium heat for at least one hour.
  4. Hint: Some of my other co-workers add 1 extra can of the barbecue pork and/or 1 sauteed onion.
  5. Enjoy!
