Ground Beef Stuffing Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1onion, chopped
  2. 1/4cupcelery, minced
  3. 1teaspoonpoultry seasoning, to taste
  4. 12slicesdry bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  5. 2canscream of mushroom soup(undiluted)
  6. 1cupmilk
  7. 2lbsground beef(I use ground round)
  8. 1tablespoonprepared mustard
  9. 1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix onion, celery, poultry seasoning and bread cubes.
  2. Add one can of the soup and the milk.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl mix the ground beef and the mustard and Worcestershire.
  5. Add the bread mixture.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Spread into a 9×13 pan.
  8. Spread the other can of cream of mushroom soup over the top.
  9. Bake at 375 for about 1 hour (maybe a little less).
  10. If this starts to get brown on top or looks too dry, cover with foil.
