Greek Feta and Olive Meatballs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1lbground lamb
  2. 1/2cup choppedfresh parsley
  3. 2tablespoons finely choppedonions
  4. 1/2cup crumbledfeta cheese
  5. 1/2cup choppedgreen olives
  6. 1/4cup choppedblack olives
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 1/2teaspoonsitalian seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven’s broiler.
  2. Mix all the ingredents in large bowl.
  3. Spape into meduim sized meatballs- no bigger then a golf ball.
  4. Place the meatballs two inches apart on a baking sheet.
  5. Broil about 3 inches away from heat until they are golden brown on the top, about 3 to 4 minutes depending on the size of the meatball.
  6. Turn the ball over and broil the otherside.
  7. Best served on meditrainean jasmine rice or with cheese crackers and wine, a nice merlot.
