Fruit Smoothie Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1mediumbanana
- 10mediumstrawberries, hulled
- 1 ripe mediumpeach(or any combination of these fruits)
- 1cupmilk
- 1teaspoonvanilla extract
- 1pinchsugar, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Cut up the banana, strawberries and peach; place in a blender.
- Add the milk, vanilla and sugar and whirl.
- Makes 2 servings.
