Fruit Jelly Squares Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2cupsapple juice
  2. 2tablespoonsunflavored gelatin
  3. 2cupsfresh fruit(canned can be used if well drained)
  4. flavouredyogurtor custard, to serve

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grease a 23cm (9 inch) square baking pan.
  2. Pour 1 cup of the juice into a microwave safe jug.
  3. Cook on high for 1 minute.
  4. Sprinkle gelatin over the hot juice and stir rapidly with a fork until dissolved.
  5. Place remaining juice and fruit salad in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Add gelatins mixture and mix well till combined.
  7. Pour into baking pan and refrigerate for 5 hours or more.
  8. To serve, cut in to squares and top with the yogurt or custard.

    you need to do it like a procedure for kids to do their project
    and what is a square recipe
    and the ingredients is a bit yuck
    and the juice in microwave part is yuck
