Fried Taters Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4-5mediumpotatoes
  2. 3-4tablespoonslemon pepper seasoning
  3. 2-3tablespoonsgarlic salt
  4. 2-3tablespoonsgarlic powder
  5. 1/8cupolive oil
  6. 1tablespoonEssence of Emeril

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, pour the olive oil and heat on med-high heat.
  2. Wash potatoes well and cut with skin on into thin cubes or triangles.
  3. Add potatoes to skillet.
  4. Next sprinkle the lemon& pepper, garlic salt, garlic powder and essence over the potatoes as you turn them to make sure you get all of the potatoes.
  5. Lower your heat to medium and turn potatoes until browned on each side.
  6. Takes about 10-15 minutes.
