Fresh Figs With Goat Cheese and Lavender Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8fresh figs(Mission is good)
  2. 2tablespoonsmascarpone cheeseor cream cheese
  3. 1/4cupgoat cheese, softened
  4. 1/4teaspoondried lavender flowers
  5. 1/2tablespoonhoneyor agave nectar
  6. 2-3sprigs freshlavender, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

  1. Rinse, dry, and halve each fig.
  2. In a small bowl, blend together mascarpone(or cream cheese), goat cheese, lavender flowers, and honey(or agave nectar).
  3. Spoon cheese mixture on top of each fig half.
  4. Garnish with fresh lavender sprigs, if desired. Enjoy!
