Firecracker Deviled Eggs Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 6hard-cooked eggs
- 1/3cupmild salsa
- 3tablespoonsreduced-fat sour cream
- 3tablespoonsgreen onions, minced
- 1tablespoonblack olives, dried on paper towel then chopped
- 1teaspoonlemon juice
- green onions (optional)
- red peppers, cut into thin strips (optional)
- parsley (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and set whites aside.
- In small bowl, mash yolks with fork.
- Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Refill whites, using one heaping tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half.
- Chill to blend flavors.
- Garnish with green onions, red pepper strips, or parsley, if desired.

Excellent recipe. I never considered adding chopped olives to deviled eggs, but I will be trying this one. This is a heavenly blend of flavors. There is nothing plain about this recipe!
