- 1headromaine lettuce, washed and drained
- 2hard-boiled eggs, sliced thin
- 1smallonion, thinly sliced
- 1/4cupbaby swiss cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
- 1/4cupolive oil
- 1/4cupvinegar, i use cider
- 2tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
- Tear lettuce into bite size peices.
- Add eggs, onions and cheese.
- Mix vinegar, oil, Wocestire, and salt and pepper together in a small comtainer.
- Shake to mix.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
